There are many different meanings of the term adventure tour to different people. For some, this travel involves extreme activities like those of Indiana Jones while for others the activities may not be that extreme. Adventure travel completely depends on the person and it can be whatever you want it to be.
It is not necessary that adventure travel tours have to be in some distant remote place or it has to involve physical danger. Anything that is done for the first time can be regarded as adventure of some kind. There are several different travel options available to a particular person and it depends on the interests of that person. Many people believe that adventure sports like sky diving or kayaking need to be there to make it an adventure tour. However, a leisurely trip to some place is not a bad idea either for adventure travel, is it? It is for sure that you can choose to go to a far flung place and do crazy activities but an adventure trip can also be enjoyed somewhere near your residence itself. Adventure trips also depend on the scale of budget you carry along with yourself.
