When you register for SportsBLOX, Numedeon asks for your e-mail address, a user-selected user name, and other information. Once you are a registered user you can update your profile and may be able to provide additional preferential information. Numedeon may also ask for other optional information.

Other information is gathered indirectly from website traffic, your computer hardware and Internet connection, or through your use of SportsBLOX. Registration for our mailing list, website and/or SportsBLOX service requires entry of a valid, eligible, and verifiable Date of Birth. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for SportsBLOX or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on SportsBLOX. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. In the Event of Merger, Sale, or Bankruptcy
